Wrecked Ship

The Wrecked Ship was an area in Super Metroid in which one of the bosses, Phantoon, resided. The Super Metroid manual claims the ship had been in possession of ancient astronauts but crashed into Zebes. The astronauts may have crashed before or during the time when the Chozo were inhabiting the planet, as evident by the Chozo Statues inside the ship.
In Metroid Zero Mission, the Space Pirate mothership is destroyed on Zebes after Samus defeated Mecha Ridley and this would seem to imply that the remains of the ship is the Wrecked Ship. However, Zero Mission director Yoshio Sakamoto has dismissed this possibility, saying that the two ships are separate - during Zero Mission the player passes through an area that appears to be outside the Super Metroid wrecked ship in Crateria, whilst the mothership has not yet landed. On top of this, the Wrecked Ship landed years before the Pirate colonization occured.

Layout
The stage has more vertical design than other stages. This stage is very large, about Hyrule Temple size. There are a multitude of platforms attached to the walls. These walls are breakable, and behind them there are more platforms and electric plugs. The bottom has a lot of those Metroid-styled doors, and when they open, you fall in a vat of electicuted water.

Hazards
Hazard #1:
Robots |
Occaisoinally, a warning siren will sound, and a number of Robot Guards will appear and wll slowly begin walking around the platforms, slowly firing Rinka at players and shoving them off the platforms.
Hazard #2:
Electrocuted Water |
The Metroid-esque door-platforms at the bottom of the stage are actually vats of electrocuted water. If anyone attacks them, they will open and they will immidiatly shut if anyone enters them. Those unfortuante souls will be shocked repeatedly and then shot out, taking a total of 15% damage.

Hazard #3:
Spark Plugs |
Some platforms and walls have Spark Plugs on them, and they are broken, so they shoot sparks, and naturally, this does some minor damage.
