Layout
This stage is divided into five places, which the players have to teleport to different places about every 2 minutes. You can pick which stage you want to start out on, on the stage selection screen.
Entrance: This place is the first stage you appear on. This is pretty flat, having a patch of grass at the left of the stage, a pass through bridge, which has water under it, which you can drown in, and more flat land on the right of the stage. On the right side of the stage, the ground is raised a little higher then the rest of the ground, and there might be a Beehive on this raised platform, which, when all 20% of its stamina is gone, will drop 3 Honeycomb items. Bigbutt appears on the right land, guarding the Beehive. Rarely, Grublins will appear on the left side of the stage.
Conga’s Tree: This is the second place you appear in. On the very left of the stage is flat ground, but it kind of slopes down a little toward the left of the stage. In the middle is a 2-Bowser long stump. On the right of the stage is Conga, he throws oranges at anyone on the stump. Conga can be beaten and he will fall off his tree, and the tree can be used as a platform. He has 50% stamina. He will be gone until the stage switches. When you return, Conga will be back, but he will have a cast, a black eye, and band-aids all over his body. The gaps between the flat ground, the stump, and the tree, are a K.O zone.
Stonehenge: This is the third place you appear in. This place has no hazards, unlike all the other stages. There are two raised platforms on the right and left sides of the stage. In between there is flat ground which can be walked on. At the very left is a slope which you can slide down and get K.Od. There is a Jinjo in the background, on the circular section of the Stonehenge, waving at you.
Ticker Tower: This is the fourth place you appear in. This is also a scrolling stage, meaning the screen moves upwards. You appear inside the Ticker Tower. You start on the ground, and then you slowly move up the platforms into a floor made up of vines. You keep on proceeding upwards until the stage changes. Tickers appear all over the place.
The Village: This is the last place you appear in. Once the stage changes again, you will start at the entrance again, and the cycle repeats. On the left side of the stage, you can see Mumbo’s Hut in the background, along with a green skull in the patch of flat ground. There is a raised platform in the middle of the stage, which has a Totem Pole on it. At the very right of the stage is sloped ground, which you can slide down and get K.Od, like in Stonehenge. The Totem Pole will spin around, and you cannot pass by it, you can only jump over it, but will be hard, for it is very tall. You can lower the Totem Pole by using projectile attacks, and making sure it lands in the mouth of each totem head. Once you get rid of all the totems, a Jiggy appears. It heals you for 50% health. The totem pole and the Jiggy never appear again until the battle finishes. The green skull in on the ground we talked about earlier is there for a reason. Occasionally, Mumbo will come out of his hut, and turn anyone who is standing on the skull into a Termite. People who are turned into Termites cannot attack, and can only jump once. The only good thing about being a Termite is that you cannot slide down the sloped mountain-side. The Termite will have an article of clothing the character that got into a Termite had before. (Exp: Mario’s Termite would have a Mario hat on his head). You stay as a Termite until the stage changes. While the stage changes Mumbo will say, “Magic running out, you will return to normal soon,” then you appear back into your regular form. Grublins appear here alot.
Hazards
Hazard #1: Grublin Grublins are the natives of Mumbo’s Mountain. They sometimes appear in the stage, “Entrance,” and mostly appear in the stage, “Village.” Look in the enemy section and you will see more info about how the Grublins attack. Grublins in this stage always have 10% health.
Hazard #2: Bigbutt Bigbutt is a purplish-blue bull. Bigbutt is invincible, and only appears on the stage, “Entrance”. Look in the enemy section and you will see more info about how Bigbutt attacks.
Hazard #3: Ticker Tickers are overgrown termites. They only appear in the stage, “Ticker Tower.” They have 10% health. Look in the enemy section and you will see more info about how Tickers attack.
Hazard #4: Conga Conga appears on his Tree in the stage, “Conga’s Tree.” He has 50% health, and can throw oranges at anyone who is standing on the stump in front of his tree, or if they are going to jump at Conga. The oranges deal 5% every time you get hit by one. The have little knockback. When Conga is K.Od, he doesn’t appear again until you return too his tree after your first run. He has a cast, a black eye, and bandages all over his body. He doesn’t throw oranges as fast as before though. If Conga was not beaten, and the stage changes, he will still be in perfect condition or in poor condition if he was in the state, the next time you go to Conga’s tree. If Conga is K.Od when he was in a poor state, he never appears again until the battle is over.
