The Black Tower (officially named Ambi’s Tower) was the tower the Queen of Labrynna, Ambi, had commissioned to be built to the heavens in order to guide the Queen’s lover, a captain, home from sea, since he left years prior. When Nayru, the Oracle of Ages ventured to the past of Labrynna under the control of Veran, she became Ambi’s most trusted adviser, convincing Ambi to push all of her citizens much harder to finish the tower. This led the citizens to nickname the tower, the Black Tower. The final goal of Veran was to force the citizens to be unhappy, to light the Flame of Sorrows for the Gerudo witches, Twinrova, to resurrect Ganon.

Layout
The stage is mostly flat, except for the staircases on either side of the stage. On each side of the stage, the stairways lead to the top of the stage, but if the player walks up to the top, they reappear at the bottom of the stairs, and vice versa. There is another staircase leading down to a bottomless pit, which is only an illusion, as the player walks down and reappears at the top. Players can still be smashed upwards for a Star KO or into the bottomless pit for a KO. The background of the stage features many more staircases, and a statue of Veran posing as Nayru standing with her hand on Queen Ambi’s shoulder, a sinister smile on Nayru's face.

Hazards
Hazard #1:
Workers |
At random times throughout the battle, Workers may come up the stairs and start slamming their pickaxes at the ground, demolishing “rubble”. If a player comes in contact with the pickaxes, they are slammed forward, and deal medium damage.
Hazard #2:
Staircase Illusion |
If the player walks up the staircase, they will appear at the bottom of the screen, and vice versa. Players can still be shot up the staircases for a KO, the illusion only works if the players walk up the stairways.
Hazard #3:
Moblins |
Moblins will randomly walk up the stairs, although they are in a more realistic form of the Wind Waker Moblins. They will prowl across the stage until they reach the top of the next staircase, or until they are knocked off the screen. If they spot a player, they dash over and swing their axe at the players, which deals moderate damage and knockback.
Hazard #4:
Wizrobes |
Very rarely, a Wizrobe (also in a more realistic Wind Waker form) will appear in the background, hovering around. They will then charge up their wand and send a slow moving homing projectile at a player. This will deal heavy damage and knockback, but if it doesn’t hit the target in ~7 seconds, it disappears in a cloud of smoke.
