Loudred is a boxy-shaped blue Pokemon that hails from the Hoenn region and evolves from Whismur and into Exploud. It can use it's circular eyes as loudspeakers to enhance it's sound-based moves and like the rest of its evolutionary family is highly capable of making ear-splitting noises. The downside to this is that if Loudred or any of its family members makes the ear-splitting sounds, it itself will be unable to hear anything for a while.

Attack Description
Loudred will stomp it's feet repeatedly in place and will continually roar for the next 10 seconds. Over this period of time Loudred will be facing a singular direction and blue soundwaves will be coming out of the Looudred's ears and mouth. These soundwaves do nothing and are purely for visual effect. The true effect of this Pokemon is that the entire side that Loudred is facing is plagued by loud soundwaves and as such everyone on that side of Loudred will become slightly sluggish in their movements and will also receive 1%-2% damage for every second they are on the side of Loudred being affected by the Uproar for a total possibility of 20% damage. Also any Party Balls on affected by the Soundwaves are set off and activated and all crates, barrels and rolling crates break open. Blast Boxes however remain unaffected. In addition, no player can fall asleep on the half of the stage being affected by the Uproar.
