Attack Description
Hypno's eyes glow a bright blue as it swings its pendulum back and forth. Pink misty swirls revolve around the enemy closest to Hypno, putting them to sleep. They stay asleep for anywhere between5-15 seconds. It all depends on how much damage they have taken.
