The final Pokemon in both the Johto Pokedex, Celebi is known as the Time Travel Pokemon due to its ability to freely travel across time whenever it feels like to whenever it wants to go. Celebis are very playful in nature, similarly to that of Mew. It is also unknown if there is only one Celebi or if there are many due to the nature of its time travel abillities. Also because of these abilities Celebi is one of the more sought after Pokemon by evil orgranizations. These include the Iron-Masked Marauder of the anime and the Gym Leader Pryce of the Pokemon Adventures manga.

Attack Description
When Celebi appears it will do a back flip in midair, cry out its name, and the background of the stage will quickly start to swirl around. A brief second later the swirling will stop and the background will return to normal. If the match is a Timed Match then Celebi will have just added an additional 30 seconds to the timer. If the match is a Stock Match then Celebi will hav ejust given everybody an additional stock and if any player had already been knocked back then they will respawn with one stock.
