Harp of Ages
Updated - February 13, 2010

A mystical heirloom belonging once to the Oracle of Ages, whoever plays this harp will have be given a limited power to control time. There are three tunes in Oracle of Ages that can be played on this harp. The Tune of Echoes activates and and all nearby time portals which allow Link to use them and travel between the Past and the Present. The Tune of Currents will allow Link to travel to the Present from the Past without the use of a time portal but does not allow him to travel back the other way. The Tune of Ages, the final song, allows Link to travel from the Past to the Present, just like the Tune of Currents, except that he can also go from the Present to the Past.

When played in Smash, the Harp of Ages allows you to control time in a different way than in LOZ: Oracle of Ages. When a player picks this up, the harp appears in their hands. When the standard attack button is pressed, the character holding the Harp of Ages will began to play a tune on it similar to those heard in LOZ: Oracle of Ages. When the song is done your opponents will be frozen in time for 5 seconds. Your opponents will not be able to move at all unless you either attack them or the 5 seconds have passed. The Harp of Ages is only good for one song before it disappears.
