The Barrel is an item original to the Super Smash Bros series. It is a container item, which means that it contains items inside of it. It can be thrown, but it might be better to just hit it...or throw it into someone.

How It's Used
|
It can be picked up and thrown, but it will roll across the ground until it either hits someone, or rolls off the stage, so a better tactic is to try and hit it, unless you want to throw it at someone. Anyone who is rolled into by a barrel will be dealt about 10% damage and medium knockback.
