Fresh Pasta is a type of pasta and an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door in Poshley Heights for fifty coins a piece at the souvenir stand. It heals ten HP and five FP. Mario should only buy some if he's trying to complete his recipe list. Otherwise, it isn't worth the coins.
In Super Paper Mario, it's replaced with the Fresh Pasta Bunch, which only heals five HP.

The Fresh Pasta acts much like a regular food item, restoring 10%. It can also, however, boost the effectiveness of your non-physical moves by 5%. If it comes into contact with a compatible food, it can mix with that food and become a new item. The only results that come from Fresh Pasta however, are all restoration-type items.
