Missile Tank

|
The Missile tank is an upgrade that Samus can pick up during the game. Each Missile tank that is picked up adds 5 missiles to the total maximum number of missiles Samus can carry. Missile tanks, along with Energy tanks, are often well hidden or guarded, and extensive searching is required to find them all. The missiles are used to open certain doors and hurt enemies the laser cannot damage. Missiles are scarce, and must be used sparingly.
Works:
Metroid (Nintendo)
Super Metroid (Super Nintendo)
Metroid Prime (GameCube)

How It's Used
|
When a fighter picks up the Missile tank, a missile launcher similar to Samus' forms around the fighters arm. Missiles can be fired with B button until the ammo supply (5 shots) is used off, and then the missile cannon fades away. Each missile deals 10% damage and moderate knockback. (Note: If Samus picks up the item, it simply boosts the power of existing missiles for 5 shots.)
