Ice Flowers are the opposite of Fire Flowers similar to how the Ice Bro. is the opposite the Fire Bro.. Ice Flowers first appeared in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. The effects of an Ice Flower are similar to a Bros. Flower, but they allow the Mario quartet to shoot ice balls instead of fireballs. Ice Flowers can randomly lower the enemies' Attack, Defense, or Speed.

How It's Used
|
Players holding an Ice Flower can spit balls of ice similar to Mario's Fireballs. These iceballs will bounce off the ground just once before shattering on the second contact with the ground. Opponents hit by iceballs from an Ice Flower will become frozen in place for a duration determined by the amount of damage they have previously received on that stock. Players can fir eup to six iceballs per Ice Flower.
