The Bombos Medallion can be found in the Desert of Mystery, high upon a cliff that can only be reached by traveling to the Dark World and using the Magic Mirror near the swamp. As with Ether, it is obtained via a green tablet which can only be read with the Book of Mudora. Once again, the spell is cast once Link's sword is raised, the tablet is broken afterward, and the Medallion drops from an unknown origin in the sky.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (Super Nintendo)

How It's Used
|
When a player picks up this item and executes a fully-charged Smash Attack with it, the medallion will send a ring of fire in all direction away from the player, which will be followed by small explosions scattered across the entire stage. All opponents will be inflamed and take 25%-35% damage, making this item a very powerful one indeed, however, the medallion only has one use before disappearing. During the charging period, others can interrupt the impending doom by attacking the player.
