A businessman of sorts seen on the run after a mishap at a party. Knees sunken in, he and others like him wearily squabble with Ness and company so that they may get to their destined location faster. When defeated, they award the very same youth that they scold throughout battle with an energy drink and a 130 EXP. They're found in great abundances between Threed and Twoson in tunnels and otherwise.

The Annoying Old Party Man is always seen running, and acts as a road hazard of sorts that can deal damage due to running into someone on accident! He's always seen with some sort of item in his hand - unless it's knocked out of his hand somehow - and therefore he doesn't appear all-too-often. Sometimes, the poor man will trip over himself, one foot curling itself around the other in a classic cartoon-like manner that sees to it that he falls right on his butt for a good moment or two. This can be attributed to the wobbly manner in which he runs, as if he's been being chased by someone or something for a very long time. Perhaps it was an old employer, or perhaps a woman? |

Attack Method
As mentioned in 'Mode of Travel, this old party man attacks its opponents by simply running into them by accident! He can drop his item in the process too, presenting an added bonus as one might say. Once he runs into his adversary, he'll start to frantically and sloppily dash off into the opposite direction, arms outstretched and waving in the air like noodles, face dyed deep purple in both fright and discontent. A strange, almost schoolgirl-like scream is something not out of the ordinary for the man to let escape his lips while running off either. The accidental tackle can deal anywhere between 10% and 16% damage depending on running speed.
