Reisen Undongein Inaba
Updated - February 20, 2011

Reisen is a rabbit youkai and fugitive from the moon, having fled from one of the battles between Earth and the moon by the Apollo 11 "Invasion". She is currently living as Princess Kaguya's pet and Eirin's student, taking care of the Princess and scores of rabbits hidden in Eientei. Her red eyes can induce insanity by manipulating the 'wavelengths' that make up everything. Ironically for her power, she's probably one of the most stable of Gensokyo's residents.

Attack Details
Standard Special: Lunatic Sign
(0%)
Reisen's red eyes flash, and a pink tint covers the stage for half a second. During this time, half of all projectiles on screen (including Reisen's) shift half a Stage Builder Block up, and the other half shift half a stage builder block down. Reisen can stop the shift early by pressing the B button again mid-shift. Lastly, Reisen can 'fake' a shift by holding the B button upon activation. A fake shift has the appearance of a normal shift, but the actual position of the projectiles is unchanged.
The projectiles do not continue along their path until the shift is completed, and time spent shifting does not count towards their duration or distance traveled. The projectiles do not have a hitbox while shifting. Reisen cannot move or perform another attack until the half second this takes is over, but the ability to end or fake it at any time means it's never perfectly safe to approach.
Side Special: Charming Look
(3%-18%)
Six thin, glowing red rings shoot from Reisen's eyes, moving at the rate of Captain Falcon's run. The rings grow in height quickly along their 3.5 stage builder block long path, starting with the same height as a Pokeball and ending as tall as Ganondorf.
Anyone struck by these rings have their controls reversed for 2 seconds, A switched with B, left with right, and up with down. This effect stacks with itself. The second hit reverses the controls to normal, and once its duration expires the first hit's effects return for the remainder of its own duration. This effect can be stacked endlessly. While weak in terms of damage and knock back, CL"CV" is easily spammed and can interrupt the opponent at the most inopportune times.
Up Special: Life Elixir
(5%-25%)
Reisen pulls out a glass filled with a suspicious glowing green fluid inside, and pops the cap off. It's a special elixir, made by Eirin, that boosts the damage of all of Reisen's attacks by .1x and reducing the knockback she takes by .05x for every second the B button is held, maxing at 5 seconds. This boost lasts the rest of her stock, in exchange for long start up getting the blasted cap off.
Once done, Reisen rushes in a selected direction (default up), glowing green and with anime fire burning in her eyes. For every second spent charging, Reisen moves 1 Stage Builder Block and deals 5% damage on contact. However, if she were to stack more then five seconds of charging in a single stock, she rockets upwards as if hit by a high knockback attack and receives 35% damage to herself, all boosts canceled.
As an extra kick in the teeth, her shield shrinks twice as fast and she can no longer use her Up Special for the rest of her stock. However, there is one benefit to this overdose. Reisen, should she survive, has been turned transparent for the rest of the stock. She isn't harmed by projectiles unless at point blank range when the attack is used and is hard to spot among the flurry of attacks.
Down Special: Lunar Eyes
(1%)
A glowing blue ball of fuzz appears over Reisen's head, a telltale pair of floppy bunny ears poking out the top. The ball floats forwards lazily, shooting a small, slow arrowhead projectile downwards every few inches. It continues along until it takes 20% stamina damage or leaves the camera's view. When used in the air, the glowing fuzzball appears below Reisen and shoots upwards, but otherwise remains the same.
Final Smash Spread Sign
(2%-40%)
Reisen's eyes shift from the rainbow glow provided by the Smash Ball to their natural, brilliant crimson. Slowly, she rises from the ground and floats towards the center of the screen, a transparent moon appearing in the background and a glowing red tint covering the screen. For the next 8 seconds, Reisen fires rings of twenty close tightly spaced Pokeball-sized bullet-shaped danmaku, moving slowly but with little space to evade them.
Each wave has a second of delay between them and the next, continuing until they leave the stage or hit something. During this time, Reisen can use her Tilts and Specials as she pleases on top of the rings of projectiles. Alone, the Final Smash isn't hard to evade. So long as not directly near Reisen, the attacks can be squeezed through even by larger characters. However, use of her regular attacks makes it much more difficult. Either way, the opponent will be spaced far away from Reisen.
