Louis
Updated - February 26, 2011

Louis had been working up the courage to quit his job as Junior Systems Analyst at his company's IT department when a virus showed up and downsized the world. Now Louis has a new set of goals (live long enough to succeed) and a new set of tools (guns, sharp objects) to help him achieve them. With any luck, he'll figure out how the new management operates before they get a chance to murder him.

Standard Special: Just Like Counter-Strike
(1%-50%)
Louis takes out his preferred weapon, the SMG. It has a clip size of 50 bullets and has a great fire rate, being an automatic weapon, so it has the potential to deal out 50% in three seconds. It takes one second to reload it. Bullets from the SMG can reach across the whole screen but are more likely to hit more if the foe is within a distance equal to the length of Final Destination. Louis also has a 5% chance of pulling out an Assault Rifle instead of an SMG. This holds 100 bullets at a time and has dead on accuracy.
Side Special: Pipe Bomb
(15%)
Louis takes out a pipe bomb. Louis won't light the fuse until you release B. Once you do, he yells "Grenade!" and throws the pipe bomb. The bomb makes a loud beeping noise and has a bright flashing light that attracts any character not a playable match contestant (i.e. summons) to it. The bomb explodes with the force of a bom-omb after three seconds. Louis can angle this up or down to increase the arc of the throw to change where the pipe bomb is likely to land. As an easter egg, if you taunt while holding one of these Louis will light it and grab it with his teeth, acting like a mad dog whilst laughing maniacally.
Up Special: Grabbin' Peelz
(-75%)
Louis takes out a bottle of pain pills from his pocket and downs the whole bottle. This is pretty quick, which is useful for using while in the air. The pain pills will temporarily heal Louis of 75% damage, meaning he will have his damage counter reduced by that amount but it will slowly creep back up to the amount of damage he had when he used this move, plus the amount of damage taken while under the effects of the pain pills. This means that if Louis takes the pills when he has 100% damage he will have his damage reduced to 25%, but every half second 1% is added to it until he gets back up to 100%. If he takes a blow that deals 15% when his damage percent has returned to 50%, it will jump to 65% and continue to climb until it reaches 115%. So, in other words, he will be temporarily healed of 75%, but that 75% will always return. So why is this a recovery? It also refreshes his two jumps AND doubles their height and gives him a DI boost, making those two jumps handy to get back to the stage unless he's too far away. If used on the ground this jump boost lasts for three seconds. He has one of these per stock.
Down Special: Med Kit
(-999%)
Louis takes out a health pack from his back and starts to apply the bandages and such to him. The more injuries (damage %) he has, the longer it takes, with a time cap of two seconds. This acts like the Heart Container item, healing him of all his damage, but it also gets rid of any status effects he had (i.e. Curry, Metal Box, low shield). He can also apply this to a foe or teammate if he stands directly beside them when he initiates this move. This allows Louis a chance to help out his allies in a team battle as well as himself. Louis only has one of these per stock, so use it wisely...
Final Smash Til' It Goes *Click*
(40%)
A helicopter appears and picks up Louis. He then yells "Now *this* is a big-ass machine gun!" and a crosshair appears on the screen... sound familliar? This is, in control and form, similar to Snake's Final Smash. However, there are significant distinctions between this and Snake's. First, Louis is using a Heavy Machine Gun, which overheats if fired over two seconds without releasing the trigger. An overheated gun deals 15% to Louis. The machine gun deals 10% every 0.25 seconds to foes and pierces just about anything, shields and superarmor included. It also will KO anyone with more than 50%. The Final Smash ends after fifteen seconds.
