Izuka is a powerful summoner and a secret agent of the Begnion Senate. While never seen in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, his work is seen throughtout the game, as well as his debut in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Izuka is the developer of the Feral Drug, a special drug that transforms the half-beast creatures, the laguz, into mindless beasts. The drug was also used to detain and control Lord Renning, a powerful knight of the rivaling country of Crimea. Izuka was loyal to the late King of Daein, Mad King Ashnard. After the Mad King's death, Izuka tries to find a false heir to the throne so that he may control the country from the background. He finds this false heir in a boy named Pelleas, and successfully takes control of the country. However, his victory is short-lived, as he is kidnapped by the royal court sage, Bastian. However, just as Bastian regroups with his allies, Izuka escapes. Hiding in the center of a swamp, Izuka summons every last Feral One he has to defend his hide. Though he fights a long and powerful battle of both wits and force, he is eventually defeated through the efforts of the Hawk King, Tibarn, and his puppet, King Pelleas. Shortly after his death, the heron tribe, the one tribe of beasts unaffected by Izuka's madness-enducing drug, begin restoring all of those affected by the madman's dream.

Standard Special:

Balberith (?%) |
Once the Special Move button is pressed, Izuka will take out a black tome from his robes and begin chanting an incantation. Directly above Izuka's head, a glowing ball of dark energy will form. By holding the special move button, Izuka's magic continues to gain power & size as Izuka continues his prolonged incantation. After seven seconds of charging the move, or as soon as the Special Move button is released, Izuka will point toward the large ball of energy and causes it to explode. The explosion will encompass the area directly around Izuka and all of the area the magical dark energy took up while charging. Rather obviously, the more Izuka powers his magic, the more damage and knockback it will deal. The dark magical mass can be as small as Jigglypuff when it is first unleashed to the size of Giga Bowser at maximum potential. If Izuka is harmed during any point of the attack, the magical mass with half in size and power, after which it will immediately explode. The mass of magic deals 1% damage every second a character is inside of it, but does not cause flinching or knockback. At minimum, the attack does 4% damage and does not cause the enemy to even flinch. At maximum, this attack does 50% damage with extremely high knockback. While this attack is being charged, Izuka is immobile. |

Side Special:
|
Feral Drug (?%) |
Izuka will pull a small beaker of a strange, drugged liquid out of his robes. In fear, he will toss the vial forward, hoping to hit something. The beaker travels at a speed similar to Samus's Charge Shot, and will not hit the ground at any point. Anyone hit by this vial will take 2-6% damage, and will be infected by the drug. Under the drug's influence, computer characters will become more agressive, and all damage by the infected character will increase by 5% damage. However, the attack is a dual-edged sword for the victim, for as long as the drug's effects remain, the infected character will take 5% damage for every second that passes. The drug's effects can last from 3-20 seconds. A small, purple aura will outline the victim to represent the drug's effects. If Izuka's own drug is reflected against him, he will take a second a drink an antidote, eliminating all effects of the liquid. If this attack was to hit an item or wall, it would suddenly disappear in a small flash of black powder. |
|
Up Special:
|
Rewarp (?%) |
Izuka pulls his large rewarp staff out of his robes and raises it above his head. In a brilliant white flash, Izuka will be teleported very high up into the air. If an enemy is touching or attacking Izuka the instant he uses this attack, they will be teleported with him. Using this technique, Izuka can phase through parts of the stage that would normally be impossible to phase through. If Izuka would appear inside one of the forementioned areas as a result of this attack, he will appear beneath the mass of land rather than on top, no matter how close he would be to the top otherwise. The effects of the staff will drop Izuka higher up after one second of him having disappeared. Be warned: Izuka can knock himself out using this technique. Others who would normally be knocked out with Izuka will appear on a restoration platform, but will not lose a stock. This attack deals no damage whatsoever. |
|
Down Special:
|
Toxic Block (?%) |
Izuka places his hand on his forehead and thinks deeply for a split second. If no one attacks Izuka during this period, this attack will do absolutely nothing. However, if any attack were to hit Izuka while he thinks, he immediately blocks it with his hand. He then quickly splashes them with a vial of posion. The effects of the posion depend on how much damage the attack Izuka blocks would do. Effects of Izuka's posions are as follows:
1-10% Damage: The posion deals 3% damage per second.
11-20% Damage: The posion deals 3% damage and reduces movement speed.
21-30% Damage: The posion deals 5% damage and reverses movement controls.
More than 30% Damage: The posion has the effects of all other posions.
The effects of each posion last for 3-10 seconds, with the final posion lasting for 5-18 seconds. Izuka simply destroys projectiles and reflects all thrown items that he counters using this method. |

Final Smash
|
Feral Summon (?%) |
Izuka pulls out his Rewarp staff as his Final Smash activates. Suddenly, two beams of light shoot down from the sky, each one defending one side of Izuka. Anyone hit by these beams will be lightly knocked away and will take very little damage. After three seconds of these beams striking down, Izuka will dispell them, revealing four Feral Ones: one cat, one hawk, one tiger, and one raven. The ravens and hawks appear above the felines when summoned. The beasts then immediately attack the nearest foe they can seek out. The hawk, raven, and cat strike quickly, and deal 9-12% damage with each strike. While a bit slower, the tiger deals 12-17% damage for every hit. While the birds can move in all directions, the cat and tiger will jump and run up the stage to strike their foes. However, the cat and tiger will occasionally jump off the stage to strike who they are hunting. Every ten Final Smashes, instead of a tiger and hawk, Izuka will summon a Red Dragon. The dragon is much slower than any of the previous beasts, and cannot jump, but its fire breath has a very long range and deals 30-40% damage. After ten seconds of being released, all of Izuka's summoned Feral Ones will disappear in a bright white light. Izuka is immobile while summoning the beasts, but can freely move around once they are summoned. |
