The Rogue
Updated - May 19, 2010

The Rogue is a class in World of Warcraft. They can sneak around, pickpocket, and use daggers. The Races that can be a Rogue are as follows: Human, Dwarf, Night Elf, Gnome, Orc, Undead, Troll, and Blood Elf.

If Mercurious was a game, the color changes would be very different. Assuming you are using the Gamecube controller, you will be able to change your Warriors Armour color on the character select screen with X. If you press Y instead, your Gender will be switched (Male, Female). If you press R, you change your Race, which mentioned before, will consist of 8 races. The only difference between the races is height, and their weapon. Every Race uses two daggers, but the Blood Elves have their own sharper, daggers. If you press L, your facial features (eyes, face, hair, facial hair) change randomly, so you keep on pressing L until you find a face that suits you. If you unlock a new costume (New Armour, new swords), you can make him/her change into that with Z.

Button Configuration
Name of Attack
Attack Details
Standard Special: Stealth
(5%-10%)
The Rogue holds both of his/her daggers in front of his/her face, as they disappear into the shadows. The Rogue is then invisible until he/she presses B again, or is hit. The Rogue is a bit slower when invisible. When invisible, the Rogue is exactly like a invisible person in Super Smash Brothers Brawl. The Rogue is then able to stab his/her enemies with the A button, dealing exactly 5% damage. If stabbed in the back, the enemy will be hurt for 10% damage instead, and will be stunned for 3 seconds.
Side Special: Throwing Knife
(2%-5%)
The Rogue reaches onto his/her belt, and pulls out a throwing knife, and they throw it forward. The Knife goes straight for about 1 Bowser, but then slowly falls to the ground. If hit with the butt of the knife, the victim will only be dealt about 2% damage. But if you are with the blade of the knife, you will be dealt about 5% damage. When you are hit the blade, the knife will be stuck in you for about 8 seconds, which lowers your speed stat by 1. The Rogue can only have 5 knives on the stage at one time.
Up Special: Vanish
(0%)
The Rogue throws down a smoke bomb, as the Rogue disappears. The Rogue reappears at the direction you wish, with the help of the analog stick. The Rogue can only go as far as 4 Bowser’s away. If the enemy touches the smoke bomb, they stop what they’re doing and start coughing, leaving them totally vulnerable. The smoke stays on the stage for about 4 seconds.
Down Special: Sinister Strike
(4%-6%)
The Rogue spins around in the spot, sticking his/her daggers out, as they glow purple. It kind of like Link’s Up Special in Brawl, but the Rogue only spins once. If you are hit, you will be dealt 4%-6% damage, and a number will appear beside the victim’s stock count, and everytime the enemy is hit with this attack again, the number will be go up 1. For example, if Mario gets hit by this attack, a big purple 1 will appear beside his stock count. If he gets hit again, it will change into a big purple 2. This number can only go up to 5, but it stays even when the enemy dies.
Final Smash Eviscerate
(0%-75%)
The Rogue will spin around again, although he will spin 5 times, and the Rogue can move slowly around. This time his/her daggers will glow red this time. The first person that is hit will be the victim in a mini cutscene. The victim will be looking around for the Rogue, who appears behind the victim, jumps on his/her back and stabs them in the neck. Remember the number thing that was explained in the down special? Well this is where they come in. If the victim has no numbers, they will dodge the attack, and will be dealt no damage. If the enemy has the number 1, they will be dealt 15% damage. If the enemy has the number 2, they will be dealt 30% damage. If the enemy has the number 3, 45% damage will be dealt. If the opponent has the number 4, they will be dealt 60% damage. If the opponent has the number 5, 75% damage will be dealt.
