The Hunter

The Hunter is a type of class in World of Warcraft. They specialize in ranged attacks, tracking, and pets. They can tame a beast in the wild, and make them the Hunter’s pet. The types of races that can be Hunters are as follows: Dwarf, Night Elf, Draenei, Orc, Tauren, Troll, and the Blood Elf.
If Mercurious was a game, the color changes would be very different. Assuming you are using the Gamecube controller, you will be able to change your Hunter’s Armour color on the character select screen with X. If you press Y instead, your Gender will be switched (Male, Female). If you press R, you change your Race, which mentioned before, will consist of 7 races. The only difference between the races are height, and their weapon. All of the races use an axe, but their ranged weapon is different. The Dwarf, and the Tauren use a gun, the Night Elf, Orc, Troll, and Blood Elf use a bow, and the Draenei use a crossbow. If you press L, your facial features (eyes, face, hair, facial hair) change randomly, so you keep on pressing L until you find a face that suits you. If you unlock a new costume (New Armour, new swords), you can make him/her change into that with Z.

Gun/Bow Shot (2%-10%) |
The Hunter takes out his Gun/Bow/Crossbow off his/her back, and holds it up, and fires. The bullet travels the whole length of the stage, and does not disappear until it hits a wall, item, player, or until it flies off the stage. The bullet/arrow deals about 2%-4% damage. It has a 40% chance of appearing. Also, instead of a regular shot, the Hunter might get an Arcane bullet/arrow, a Concussive bullet/arrow, or a Serpent’s Sting. The Arcane Bullet/Arrow shines brightly gold, and if it hits someone, it will explode in a flash of yellow, and a little blue. The Arcane Shot deals about 7%-10% damage. The Serpent’s Sting glows green, and if it hits someone, they will be dealt 3%-4% damage, and poisons the enemy. Meaning they will take 3% damage every 2 seconds for 4-6 seconds. The Concussive Shot is colored blue, and if you are hit by it, your controls get scrambled for about 4 seconds. These other shots have a 20% chance of appearing. |

Raptor Strike (4%-8%) |
The Hunter jumps forward about 2 Bowser’s, with his/her axe above his head. When the Hunter jumps the full distance, he/she will slam the axe downwards, dealing 4%-8% damage. If used in the air, the Hunter will dash forward 2 Bowser’s, and if he/she makes contact with an enemy, they will swing their axe downwards, giving the opponent a meteor smash, and dealing 5%-6% damage. In the air, this attack is a good horizontal recovery move. On the ground it’s hard to hit the enemy, but worth it’s worth it when you do. |

Owl/Bat Call (3%-4%) |
The Hunter whistles, and a Bat/Owl appears beside the Hunter in a puff of smoke. If you are a Dwarf, Night Elf, or a Draenei, a giant owl appears. If you are an Orc, Tauren, Troll, or Blood Elf, a giant bat will appear. The Hunter will grab the Owl/Bat’s feet as they are carried upwards. If the opponent gets too close to the Owl/Bat’s face, the Owl/Bat will bite the enemy for about 3%-4% damage. If the Owl/Bat is attacked enough, they will screech and drop the Hunter, as he/she goes into freefall. |

Call Pet (?%) |
The Hunter whistles, and a certain animal will appear beside the Hunter with a puff of smoke. There are 5 different kinds of Pets that can appear: Boars, Bears, Cats, Spiders, and Wolves. They all have a 20% chance of appearing. Once a Pet is defeated, the Hunter has to wait a full minute to be able to call another one. The boar is the first species of pet. The boar comes in two colors, Orange, and Black. The boar will rush forward when it sees an enemy, and tackles them. This deals about 5%-6% damage whenever the enemy is hit. The boar has about 30% health. The bear is the second type of pet. The bear comes in 4 colors, Black, Brown, Orange, and White. The bear is kinda slow, but when the bear goes near the enemy, the bear will claw them for about 7%-11% damage. The bear has 40% health. The next species is the Cat, which come in 2 species, The Tiger, and the Snow Leopard. They are fast, and claw the enemies for 6%-10%. They have 20% health. The next species is the giant spider, which is light green. The spiders are moderately fast, and they bite the enemy for about 4% damage, and injects a poison into them, which hurts them for 3% every 2 seconds for 2-4 seconds. The Spider has 25% health. The last species is the wolf, which is fast, and bites for 5%-8% damage. The wolf comes in one color, gray. The wolf has 30% health. |

Final Smash

Freezing Shot (25%-60%) |
The Hunter enchants his bullet/arrow to be covered in ice. The Hunter then shoots his gun/bow, and flies across the whole stage, going through items, walls, ground, and enemies. It deals about 25%-50% damage, has lots of knockback, and always freezes the enemy for about 3-6 seconds. The bullet/arrow is as wide as two Kirbys standing on top of eachother. If every enemy is hit, the ice they are incased in explodes, dealing a additional 10% damage. |
