Albert Wesker is one of the primary antagonists of the “Resident Evil” (“Biohazard” in Japan) series, and is the most reoccurring villain. Originally a member of STARS police force, he turned out to be a double agent working for the Umbrella Corporation, luring them into a mansion to use as test subjects to gauge the effectiveness of Umbrella’s mutated creatures. He apparently dies in the events that resulted, but turns out to have survived by becoming super-human via injection of an experimental virus. He consistently reappears in the series, manipulating events behind the scenes, working for no one and no goal but himself and power, aspiring towards world domination, most of the time being thwarted by the likes of Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, and others, mostly from STARS.

Special Moves
Attack Name Damage Details
Standard Special   Samurai-Edge 5% - 15%   Wesker fires a bullet from his handgun. This is one of the smallest, but fastest projectiles in the game. If an opponent is hit by the bullet, they are slightly stunned with minor knockback. Wesker can fire about 3 bullets on screen at a time.
Side Special   Phantom Move 0%   Wesker teleports forward or diagonally upward/downward slightly, depending on the tilt of the control stick, for a distance of about 3 Kirbies.
Up Special   Madness Missile 20% - 25%   Wesker teleports upward about 2 Kirbies distance and tosses a missile straight downward. The missile is about as large as one from the Cracker Launcher, though it moves 2X as slow, and explodes upon impact with any ground or opponent.
Down Special   Uroboros Punch 10% - 30%   Wesker leans down and punches the ground, causing tendrils to wrap around his arm and tentacles to raise from the sides of his arm, hitting into opponents. B can be held to change the impact of the punch and the length of the tentacles, the smallest being half the height of Wesker and about half a Stage Builder block wide each at his side, the largest being twice as tall as Wesker and 2 Stage Builder blocks wide.
Final Smash   Uroboros ?%   Wesker punches the ground again, doing the uncharged Uroboros Punch initially, but this time, it doesn't stop at his arm, and his whole body is infected with Uroboros, causing him to bulk up about to the height and weight of Ganondorf, though also putting him at the same speed. Pressing A results in Wesker slamming the opponent with his arm and pressing B results in Wesker thrusting tentacles forward from his body to strike the opponent. After about 10 seconds, Wesker holds his arm and the virus starts going away, and Wesker goes back to normal.
