As a Nether Gate assassin, Childerich was part of the Godwin's attempted takeover, He disguised himself as Gizel's champion defeating anyone who challenges him. In the assault on the palace, he was to kill the prince (the hero of Suikoden V) and/or Sialeeds. Kyle and Zegai stopped the madman. However, Childerich picked up how Dolph met him at Nether Gate. Gizel made him a Queen's knight much to the protest of Alenia and Bahram Luger. At Doraat, Luger died while allowing Novum and Childerich to get away. The 2 lay and ambush at an arena in Stormfist for the hero. When Sialeeds sold him out, Childerich drank the Raging Nostrum and went nuts. The hero's team was able to take him down despite difficulties.

Poison Breath

Childerich moves his head to his right side, then starts to breath poison from his mouth. He then moves his head quickly to the left so that the poison can attack like he is using a sword. If the poison make contact, Childerich will have hit his opponent for 3% of damage and will also poison the target for 6 seconds and 2% of damage, depending on how hard the opponent was hit. You will need to have Childerich up close for the poison to work on your prey. |

Leaping Twirl

Childerich leaps himself lightly forward while spinning with his switchblades from his arm guards. After his first spin attack, Childerich will spin in place trying to give a scratch to his opponent's face. Each of his attacks do 2% of damage. If all connect to the opponent, Childerich will have sent his opponent flying away with a total of 12% of damage done. In addition to attacking, Childerich can also use it to send projectiles back to the opponent. Childerich leaps 2 Diddy Kongs forward for the first hit. |

Childerich touches the ground in front of himself as though he were about to do a cartwheel. Then with his left ready, Childerich shoots himself into the sky like a catapult firing it's rock at its target. As he flies up, Childerich will try to kick his opponent with his legs. If the assassin does this close enough to the opponent, he can kick his opponent sky high doing 8% of damage on impact. Childerich goes 4 Charizards into the sky then goes back down. |

Childerich dashes forward with his switchblades ready to impale his prey. If he connects, his blades will be inside his opponent with 3% of damage, then he will spin jump into the air with his opponent helplessly attached. After bringing his opponent behind himself in midair, Childerich will come down and slam his opponent into the ground with 10% of damage done. During the attack, Childerich is vulnerable to attack if he is not careful. |

Childerich looks to the sky shouting "Now to get rid of those pests!" then runs for his opponent. If he connects, Childerich will begin attack his opponent in a very fast auto combo of switchblade swings and kicks. After 17 hits, Childerich will end the attack by doing a somersault with his switchblades then feet knocking his opponent away with 47% of damage total. After he is done with the opponent, Childerich will lick his right switchblade and say "The taste of victory is fresh!" |
