The first of many companions that join Link throughout his travels, Navi was tasked by the Great Deku Tree to follow Link in his journeys and to help him whenever possible. Navi is considered to be one of the most annoying characters in the Zelda games along with a few of Link's other companions and Tingle.

|
Navi will begin to fly around the player who opened her Assist Trophy buzzing about and doing nothing utterly helpful. To the deep annoyance of many a Zelda fan, while flying around Navi will repeatedly say things such as “Hey, listen” and other phrases that her voice actor in Ocarina of Time actually said. And yes, in Smash you will hear the voice.
