Cucco
Updated - May 28, 2010

Considered to be quite humorous, Cuccos are generally very docile and resemble that of real world chickens. In the majority of the games, attacking a Cucco is a very BAD idea as that Cucco will call it's brethren and together they will form a mob and peck the poor and unsuspecting Link to death. Alternatively in Twilight Princess instead of having a mob of Cucco attack you, you will instead gain control of the Cucco instead of Link for a limited amount of time.

    Works:
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Nintendo 64)
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (GameBoy Advance)
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (Nintendo DS)

General Information
Assistance Type: Physical Origin: The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Chance of Appearance: Very Rare Date of Origin: November 21, 1991
Assistance Description
When it appears, the Cucco will be aimlessly wandering about pecking at the ground for food. This lasts for 15 seconds. However, if someone is foolish enough to attack the Cucco then that Cucco will squawk loudly causing 4 other Cucco to appear next to it and together these 5 Cucco will chase down their offender clawing and pecking at them for another 10 seconds. Each hit from an individual Cucco can deal 5%-7% damage. The Cuccos are quite fast however and if they are chasing you your best option is to forget about your opponents and just run away for dear stock, because trust me, it depends on it.
