9-Volt is a Nintendo fan-boy, with most of his microgames in the series being Nintendo-themed. He is also friends with WarioWare Inc. employee 18-Volt. He works for WarioWare Inc., but works for Diamond Software on WarioWare D.I.Y.

|
9-Volt says "Let's play!", and then one of these Nintendo-themed microgames show up: Spiny (Avoid the Spinys.), Balloon Fighter (Dodge the stars coming at you from the left side), Koopas (Stomp on all the Koopas), and Metroid (Don't get touched by the Metroids). Once the microgame ends, 9-Volt says "OK!" and disappears.
